Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

Damaged (arrived torn, stained, or defective).

Printed incorrectly (wrong design, color, or product).

Lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days for U.S. orders or 45 days for international orders).

If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us at shenelmarie.business@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item.

Your order number.

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit for the value of the item. Refunds are only provided in cases where a replacement is unavailable.
